Show&Tour makes it easy to provide clients with both branded and unbranded versions of their videos. You can deliver both versions directly through a Delivery Page or copy individual video links to share separately.
Option 1: Deliver both versions through a Delivery Page (Recommended)
The easiest way to deliver branded and unbranded videos is through your project's Delivery Page.
Step 1: Upload both video versions
Open your project in Show&Tour.
Navigate to the Delivery Page.
Add a Video section if you haven't already.
Upload your Branded Video and Unbranded Video to their corresponding fields.
What's the difference?
Branded video: Includes branding such as the photographer's or real estate agent's name, logo, or company information.
Unbranded video: Does not include that branding, making it suitable for situations where promotional information is restricted, such as certain MLS listings.
Step 2: Publish your Delivery Page
Once both videos are uploaded, click Publish to save and publish your changes.
That's it! Show&Tour will automatically make both versions available on your Delivery Page. You don't need to enable any additional settings to deliver the unbranded video.
Step 3: Your client accesses the videos
When your client opens the Delivery Page, they'll be able to access the branded and unbranded versions of the video.
If you've also created a Property Website, its unbranded version will automatically use the unbranded video you uploaded.
Optional: Hide the company branding below the video
If you only have one version of your video and want to remove the company attribution displayed underneath the video player:
Open your project's Delivery Page.
Locate the Video section.
Click the Section Settings gear icon.
Turn off Show Branding.
Click Publish to save your changes.
This removes the "Created by [Your Company]" attribution and its link beneath the video player.
Note: Turning off Show Branding does not remove logos, text, or branding embedded directly into the video. To deliver a completely unbranded video, you'll need to upload a separate unbranded version.
Option 2: Copy and share individual video links
If you need to share a video separately from your Delivery Page, you can copy a branded or unbranded video link directly from Project Media.
Step 1: Open the video
Open the project containing your uploaded video.
Navigate to the Project Media tab.
Click the video to open it in the media viewer.
Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: Choose your video version
Select Branded or Unbranded at the top of the menu.
Click Copy link.
The selected video link will be copied to your clipboard, ready to share with your client or use wherever needed.
Additional sharing options
From the same menu, you can also:
Copy embed code: Copy the embed code for the selected branded or unbranded version to display the video on another website.
Open in new tab: Preview the selected version before sharing it.
Which option should you use?
We recommend Option 1 (Delivery Page) for most situations because it allows you to deliver all your project media in one place, including both versions of your video.
Option 2 (Individual Links) is useful when you need a direct link to a specific video, want to embed it on another website, or prefer to share it separately.
