Welcome to your Show&Tour Settings! This is your central hub for customizing your account, saving time with automation, and ensuring your brand looks professional to every client.
To access these features, click on the Settings gear icon in the left-hand navigation menu. From there, you can navigate between four main tabs: Branding, Templates, Integrations, and Account.
Here is a breakdown of everything you can do in your settings:
Branding 🎨
Make sure your business looks like the premium service it is. The Branding tab lets you control how your clients experience your Delivery Pages and Property Websites.
👤 Profile: Update your name, company name, and company website.
🖌️ Logos & Colors: Upload your logos for both light and dark backgrounds so your branding is always visible. You can also customize your Logo Background Color, Brand Color, and Dashboard Color to match your specific visual identity.
💵 Default Currency: Set your local currency for all your invoicing needs.
🌐 Domain Names: Add and manage custom, white-labeled domain names. Hosting your Delivery Pages and Websites on your own domain is a massive step toward looking like an established pro.
Templates 📋
Stop repeating the same tasks for every real estate shoot. The Templates tab allows you to save your favorite setups so you can deliver projects faster.
💬 Message Templates: Create canned email and SMS messages for your Project Delivery and Website Delivery handoffs.
📁 Project Templates: Save your standard project structures to spin up new projects in seconds.
🖥️ Site Templates: Pre-select your favorite settings for generating Delivery Pages and Property Websites.
⚖️ Terms & Licensing: Protect your work by writing your own terms, conditions, or license agreements. You can require your clients to accept these terms before they are allowed to download their media.
📦 Delivery Settings: Save your favorite Delivery Page permissions and layouts.
✨ Design Templates: Apply your favorite visual layouts (like Classic, Minimal, or Luxury) to a Site or Delivery Page with one click.
Integrations 🔌
Connect Show&Tour to the tools you already use to run your business smoothly.
💳 Invoicing: Connect your favorite payment processors (like QuickBooks, Stripe, or Square) to automate your billing process. This is required to use our powerful Paywall (pay-to-download) feature, ensuring you get paid on time! (Note: Integrations for PayPal, Wave, and FreshBooks are coming soon).
☁️ Media & Files: Connect your Dropbox account to upload files directly from the cloud without having to store them on your local device. (Google Drive and Autoenhance are coming soon).
✉️ Email: Connect your Gmail account to send delivery links directly from your own email address. This personalizes your communication and helps ensure your emails are delivered directly to your client's inbox without being marked as spam.
Account 👤
Manage your backend business details, security, and Show&Tour subscription.
🔒 Security: Update your login email address or change your password.
⭐ Subscription: View your current storage usage and change your subscription plan to unlock features like Unlimited delivery pages, custom domains, and the pay-to-download feature.
🏦 Payment Method: Add or update the credit card used for your Show&Tour subscription billing.
🧾 Invoices: View and download the invoices for your past Show&Tour subscription payments for your tax records.
⚠️ Delete Account: If you ever need to, you can initiate a 7-day grace period to permanently delete your account and data.
