Templates in Show&Tour let you save your favorite settings, designs, and workflows so you can quickly apply them to future projects. This speeds up your workflow and ensures consistency across your delivery pages and websites.

You can access all templates by navigating to the Templates tab in your dashboard.

Types of Templates

There are several different types of templates in Show&Tour, ranging from small details to full project setups:

Delivery Settings Templates

  • Apply to Delivery Pages.

  • Control settings like:

    • Require payment before downloads

    • Apply specific terms or licensing

    • Choose which photo and video resolutions to deliver

  • Once saved, you can apply these templates to future projects for consistency.

Design Templates

  • Apply to Delivery Pages and Websites.

  • Start from pre-built designs (Luxury, Minimal, Classic) or customize your own.

  • You can change:

    • Layouts, fonts, and colors

    • Navigation menus

    • Section styles (photo galleries, videos, tours, etc.)

    • Button styles

  • Tip: Customize designs inside a project (with all media types added) so you can preview everything before saving as a template.

Message Templates

  • Used for delivery emails that go out to your clients.

  • Customize text, branding, and links to match your business style.

  • Examples:

    • A delivery email just for real estate agents

    • A separate delivery email for builders or commercial clients

  • Helps you make a great first impression with professional, consistent communication.

Site Templates

  • Control the default setup for new Delivery Pages or Websites within a project.

  • Combine a design template + delivery settings into a reusable structure.

  • Example: A real estate site template that always includes a photo gallery, video section, and virtual tour section.

Project Templates

  • The most complete template type.

  • Define the entire setup for a new project, including which site templates are created automatically.

  • Example: A project template for real estate shoots that creates:

    • A delivery page with your default site template and delivery settings

    • A website with your default site template for websites

Terms & Licensing Templates

  • Save your frequently used terms of service or licensing agreements.

  • Easily attach them to delivery settings or client communications.

How Templates Work Together

Templates have a hierarchy:

  • Delivery Settings & Design Templates → make up your Site Templates

  • Site Templates → make up your Project Templates

This means you can start small with just design tweaks or delivery rules, and build up to full project templates that handle everything automatically.

Getting Started with Templates

  1. Go to the Templates tab in your dashboard.

  2. Choose the type of template you want to create (Delivery, Design, Message, Site, Project, Terms).

  3. Make your customizations.

  4. Click Create to save it as a template.

  5. Apply it when creating new projects, sites, or pages.

Why Use Templates?

  • Save time – no need to repeat the same setup steps on every project.

  • Stay consistent – your branding, designs, and workflows look the same across clients.

  • Customize by client type – one set of templates for real estate agents, another for commercial or builders.

  • Scale your workflow – easily manage larger volumes of projects without rework.

Templates give you flexibility. You can keep things simple with the default templates, or build a full custom workflow tailored to your business.
