What’s the Difference Between a Delivery Page and a Website?

Updated over a week ago

In Show&Tour, you’ll often use two different kinds of project pages: Delivery Pages and Websites. Both serve different purposes, depending on who you’re sharing with and how you want the content presented.

What is a Delivery Page?

A Delivery Page is your client-facing handoff page. Think of it as the “package” you deliver after completing a project.

  • Includes all deliverables: photo galleries with download buttons, videos, virtual tours, floor plans, etc.

  • Provides links and embed codes for easy access.

  • Can include an invoice with a link to pay.

  • Uses a secure, non-guessable link (random characters) so it’s not publicly discoverable.

Best use case: Sending everything your client needs in one private place.

What is a Website?

A Website (previously called “Property Website”) is a public-facing showcase.

  • Designed to highlight a project in a polished, shareable format.

  • Includes customizable layouts, branding, agent info, and lead-capture options.

  • Can display photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, maps, and more — all in one place.

Best use case: Giving your real estate agent (or other client) a polished marketing tool they can share publicly.

Which One Should I Use?

  • Use a Delivery Page when you want to hand off all project files, downloads, and invoices securely to your client.

  • Use a Website when you want to provide your client with a polished, shareable marketing tool for their listing (or any project you want to showcase publicly).

Together, Delivery Pages and Websites give you flexibility: deliver content professionally while also creating powerful marketing tools for your clients.
