Creating and Delivering a Project

Updated over a week ago

In this video, I walk you through the process of creating a project and delivering it to a client, specifically for real estate shoots. You'll learn how to upload photos, set up a project delivery page, and create a property website. I also highlight how to add invoices and customize design settings to enhance the client experience. Make sure to explore the design options to find a look that suits your style. Finally, remember to click the Send Project button when you're ready to deliver everything to your client.

In Show&Tour, creating and delivering a project is fast and simple. Whether you’re sharing photos, video, floor plans, or full property websites, the process is designed to save time while giving your clients a professional experience.

Step 1: Create a New Project

  1. Drag & Drop Media

    • On your dashboard, drag your photos (or other files) directly into the workspace.

    • Enter the property address and select it from the suggested list.

  2. Assign the Client

    • Select your client from your contact list.

  3. Choose the Template

    • The default project template is ideal for most real estate shoots.

    • Click Create Project — your files will upload automatically in the background.

👉 By default, each new project includes:

  • A Delivery Page (for handoff)

  • A Property Website (for public sharing)

Step 2: Add Optional Items

  • Invoices

    • Add an invoice (e.g., from QuickBooks) directly to the Delivery Page.

    • Clients can pay before accessing downloads if required.

  • Additional Sections

    • Add property info, a map, video, or virtual tours to the Property Website.

    • Customize the Delivery Page with extra sections if needed.

Step 3: Customize the Design (Optional)

You can fully control the look and feel of your project:

  • Design Settings

    • Change layouts, fonts, colors, and more.

    • Switch between templates like Classic, Minimal, or Luxury.

    • Preview changes live before saving.

  • Delivery Settings

    • Require payment before download.

    • Adjust file resolutions, terms, or licensing.

👉 Explore Design Settings and Delivery Settings for advanced customization.

Step 4: Deliver the Project

  1. Once everything looks good, click Send Project.

  2. Confirm by clicking Send.

Your client will receive an email with a View Project button that links directly to the Delivery Page.

What Clients See

  • Delivery Page

    • Secure, private link with all downloadable files.

    • Invoice and payment options (if added).

  • Property Website

    • Public-facing, shareable showcase link for listings or marketing.

Quick Recap

  • Drag & drop your photos.

  • Select the property address and client.

  • Add optional invoices or sections.

  • Customize with design & delivery settings (optional).

  • Click Send Project.

That’s it — your project is delivered professionally in just a few steps.
