Simple Mode gives you a faster way to set up or update a project in Show&Tours.
From one screen, you can manage your Delivery Page or Website, update delivery settings, add media, adjust the design, preview the project, and send it to your client.
Pro tip: If you are a legacy user, this simple mode will feel very familiar to the Legacy version.
Before you start
Simple Mode is designed for the most common project setup tasks. If you need more detailed control, you can switch back to Advanced View at any time.
How to access Simple Mode
There are two ways to open Simple Mode.
Set Simple Mode as your default project view:
Go to Account Settings.
Open Account.
Find Project View.
Choose Simple or Advanced.
2. Switch from inside a project:
Open the project you want to edit.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the project page.
Click Switch to Simple View.
Once you are in Simple Mode, this option changes to Switch to Advanced View, so you can return to the advanced editor when needed.
Choose what you want to edit
On the left side of the project screen, choose either:
Delivery Page: Use this for a private client delivery page.
Website: Use this for the public-facing property website.
Each option has its own sections and settings.
Review the main project cards
At the top of Simple Mode, you’ll see quick-access cards for the most important project settings.
Delivery
Use Delivery to update how your client accesses the delivery page.
You can adjust settings such as:
Delivery Page name
Delivery Page URL domain and path
Public or password-protected access
Download settings
Whether to include the project invoice, project summary PDF, YouTube videos, or shortcut files
Photo and video resolution options
Some settings may require a Pro plan.
Payment
Use Payment to create or manage an invoice for the project.
The invoice screen may include:
Invoice client
Invoice date
Payment terms
Line items
Invoice message
Discount type and discount amount
When you’re finished, click Create.
Design
Use Design to change the look and layout of the Delivery Page or Website.
You can choose from layout styles such as:
Editorial
Impact
Playful
Minimal
Classic
Creative
You can also customize design details like the header layout, navigation menu, download button style, corners, heading style, and section animation. A preview appears on the right so you can see how your changes will look.
Add or update project sections
Simple Mode organizes project content into sections. Depending on whether you’re editing the Delivery Page or Website, you may see sections like:
Gallery
Video
Terms and conditions
Virtual Tour
Map
Contact Form
Info
PDF
Click a section to expand or edit it.
You can also drag sections to reorder them when available.
Add new content
Use the Upload area to add content to the project.
Available content options may include:
Gallery
Video
Text
Website
Info
Contact Form
Map
Existing Section
You can also use the Link/Embed Code field to add supported external links or embedded content.
Manage uploaded media
When viewing a gallery or media section, you can browse the uploaded items as tiles.
Use the available controls to:
Upload more files
Search for media
Filter media
Change the media view
Preview and publish your changes
Before sending the project to your client, click Preview to review the Delivery Page or Website.
When everything looks correct, click Publish or Publish Changes to make your updates live.
Send the project to your client
Click Send to share the project.
The send window lets you choose a delivery method, such as Email or SMS, and includes a preview of the message your client will receive. You can review the recipient, subject line, project preview, and message before clicking Send.
