Show&Tour makes it easy to create and finalize invoices directly from your project’s Delivery Page. This allows you to send a Delivery Page to your client with invoice details included, and if enabled, require payment before downloads are available.
How to Create and Finalize an Invoice
Open the project you want to create an invoice for.
Go to the project’s Delivery Page.
Find the Payment section.
Click Create Invoice.
Select the client you want to send the invoice to.
When selecting a client, you’ll have the option to choose someone who is already in your client list or contacts. You can also add a new client if they are not already listed.
Connecting the Client to a Payment Service
Depending on whether the selected client is already connected to your Square account or another supported payment service, you may see a few different options.
If the client is already connected to your payment service, the invoice can be automatically created through that service.
If the client is not connected to your Square account or another payment service, you may see options such as:
Add the client to Square
This creates the client in your Square account and connects them for future use.Connect the client to an existing client
This lets you match the selected Show&Tour client with an existing client in your payment service account.Create an invoice without a payment service
This allows you to create the invoice without connecting the client to a supported payment service. Your client will still be able to view and pay using the invoice link provided.
Adding Invoice Details
After selecting or connecting the client, enter the invoice details, including:
Rate
Quantity
Total amount
Once everything looks correct, click Create.
Publish Your Changes
After creating the invoice, make sure to publish the changes on your Delivery Page.
Once published, you can send the Delivery Page to your client. If you have enabled the setting that requires payment before downloading, your client will see the invoice and need to complete payment before downloading the media.
