In Show&Tour, the Simple View and the Advanced View give you two different ways to manage the same project.
Simple View is designed for users who want to simplify their workflow, focus on the essentials, and deliver projects faster to clients. Advanced View gives you more detailed controls when you need to customize delivery, payment, and design settings more deeply.
What is Simple View?
Simple View is a streamlined version of the project workspace.
Use Simple View when you want to quickly:
Upload project media, including photos, videos, and PDFs.
Add content such as a Gallery, Video, Text, or Link/Embed Code.
Check delivery progress, including Sent, Opened, Viewed, and Downloaded.
Track payment status, including Invoiced, Due, and Paid.
Access basic Design options for theme, colors, and layout.
Send the project to your client.
Simple View keeps the most important tools visible while reducing extra settings on the screen. This is ideal if your main goal is to complete the project and send it to your client as quickly as possible.
What is Advanced View?
Advanced View gives you a more detailed workspace with separate sections for project setup and customization.
Use Advanced View when you want more control over:
Delivery settings
Delivery page link and delivery actions
Payment and invoice setup
Design settings
Header image customization
Project media and message tools
Advanced View is helpful when you need to fine-tune the project before sending it, adjust client-facing settings, or customize the look and structure of the Delivery Page.
Which View Should I Use?
Use Simple View if you want a faster, cleaner workflow with fewer distractions. It is best for users who want to simplify their work, upload media, check the main project details, and deliver projects to clients quickly.
Use Advanced View if you need more detailed customization, payment setup, delivery controls, or design adjustments before sending the project.
How to Switch Between Views
At the bottom of the project workspace, you’ll see an option to switch views.
In Simple View, click Switch to Advanced view.
In Advanced View, click Switch to Simple view.
You can move between the two views depending on how much control you need for that project.
You can also set your preferred view by following these steps:
Go to Account Settings.
Open Account.
Find Project View.
Choose Simple or Advanced.
