How to Share a Branded or Unbranded Website with a Client

Show&Tour allows your client to share either a branded or unbranded version of a property website. Follow these steps to make both links available from the Delivery Page.

Add the Website to the Delivery Page

  1. Open the project’s Delivery Page.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  3. Click Website.

  4. Select the property website you want to add.

Enable the Unbranded Version

After adding the website, open its settings and enable Deliver Unbranded Version.

This setting allows your client to access and share both versions of the website.

Share the Website Links

Send the Delivery Page to your client. From the Website section, they can:

  1. Click Share.

  2. Choose the branded or unbranded version.

  3. Copy the preferred website link.

The branded link includes your business branding, while the unbranded link removes it for uses such as an MLS listing.

If Your MLS Does Not Accept the Unbranded URL

Some MLS platforms may consider the separate unbranded URL noncompliant.

Because MLS requirements vary, confirm the rules with your local MLS before submitting the website.

If the unbranded URL is not accepted, you can remove the branding from the website itself while keeping its original URL:

  1. Open the property website in Show&Tour.

  2. Go to Design Settings.

  3. Click on the Settings tab.

  4. Disable Show Logo in Menu Bar.

  5. Go to the footer settings and remove or turn off the footer.

  6. Preview the website to confirm that no branding remains.

  7. Publish your changes.

The website will now use the same URL but display without your logo or footer, which may help it meet your MLS requirements.

Important: This method removes branding from the main website. Anyone who visits that URL will see the unbranded version until you restore the logo and footer.
