How to Upload a PDF File in the New Dashboard

Updated today

If you are transitioning from our legacy dashboard, you might remember having separate upload buttons for specific file types like images, videos, and PDFs. To make your workflow faster and more practical, we have entirely streamlined the upload process in the new dashboard!

You no longer need to separate your files or select a specific media type before uploading. Everything has been merged into one simple step.

Uploading Your PDF

  1. Open your project and navigate to your Project Media tab.

  2. Simply drag and drop your PDF (along with your photos and videos) directly into the upload area. Alternatively, you can click on the Upload button to choose the files located on your device.

  3. The system will automatically upload and process the document alongside the rest of your media. There is no need to specify that it is a PDF beforehand!

Displaying Your PDF on the Delivery Page

Once your media is uploaded, you have full control over how it is presented to your clients during the handoff.

  1. Navigate to your Delivery Page setup for the project.

  2. As you build the page, add a new media block by selecting the Gallery button.

  3. Select your uploaded PDF from your project media files.

  4. Once your PDF is added to the Delivery Page, you can change the name of the block. For example, if you uploaded a PDF of your terms and conditions, you can easily change the title of that block to "Terms and Conditions," so your clients know exactly what they are looking at.

  5. You can then preview your Delivery Page to see exactly how it will look to your client before you send it!
