To provide your clients with the optimal file sizes for their needs, upload the highest resolution photos and videos they'll require – no need to go larger. This helps them achieve their goals while you efficiently manage your storage plan.

To help you make the right decisions about resolution, here's a quick overview of the different file versions we automatically create for you:

Photos:

  • Full Resolution: Your original photo, exactly as you uploaded it.

  • Web (2048px): Resized to 2048 pixels wide and compressed for the web.

  • Web (1024px): Resized to 1024 pixels wide and compressed for the web.

Videos:

  • Full Resolution: Your original video, in its highest quality.

  • HD (1080p): Resized to 1080p and compressed for the web.

  • HD (720p): Resized to 720p and compressed for the web.

Finding the Right Balance:

  • MLS and Online Listings: For most online uses, uploading images around 2048px wide and 1080p video resolution is generally sufficient.

  • Print Marketing: If your clients require high-resolution images for print brochures or large displays, upload the largest size they might need.

By understanding your clients' needs and uploading files accordingly, you can provide them with the best quality for their specific purposes while optimizing your storage usage.
