Keeping your account credentials secure and up to date is essential for managing your business smoothly. If you ever need to change the email address or password associated with your Show&Tour account, you can easily do so right from your dashboard.
Navigating to Your Security Settings
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to your Account Settings.
From the settings menu, click on the Account tab.
Locate the Security section on this page.
Updating Your Email Address
Under the Security section, click on the option that says Update email address.
Enter your new email address and follow any on-screen prompts to confirm and save your changes. All future account notifications and billing updates will now be sent to this new address.
Changing Your Password
Within the same Security section, click on the option to Change password.
You will be prompted to enter your current password, followed by the new password you wish to use.
Save your changes to immediately update your login credentials.
