Connecting your Google Drive account to Show&Tour allows you to seamlessly import your media files directly into your projects. Follow the steps below to easily set up this integration.
Connecting Google Drive
Navigate to your Settings from your main dashboard.
Click on the Integrations tab.
Scroll down until you find the Media and Files section.
Locate the Google Drive option (next to Dropbox) and click the Connect button located directly below the icon.
A new window will appear. Choose the Google account you wish to connect to your showroom.
Follow the on-screen prompts and click Continue to grant the necessary permissions.
Once complete, you will see a "Connection successful" message. You can now close this window or click Return to Dashboard.
Note: If you scroll back up to your Integrations tab, your Google Drive account will now show as connected.
Importing Media from Google Drive
Now that your account is linked, adding files to your projects is simple! When you create a new project:
Select the Import from vendor option.
Choose Google Drive to browse and import your media files directly from your cloud storage.
Disconnecting Your Account
If you ever need to remove or change this integration, simply navigate back to Settings > Integrations, locate the connected Google Drive account, and select the option to disconnect it.
