What happens if my payment fails?

At Show&Tour, our goal is to be the real estate media delivery platform professionals rely on, so we handle failed payments with flexibility to ensure you still look like a premium professional to your clients.

Here is exactly what happens if your renewal payment fails:

  • No Immediate Lockout: If your payment fails for any reason, you will not lose access to your account or your current plan right away.

  • Grace Period: We provide a grace period of up to 7 days for you to securely update your billing information and complete the payment.

  • Zero Client Interruption: During this grace period, your Delivery Pages and Property Websites will remain active and accessible to your clients.

  • Automatic Retries: Our system will make several automatic attempts to collect the payment while you are in the grace period.

  • Loss of Access: If the payment still does not go through after these several collection attempts, you will lose access to your account.

  • Reactivation: If your account is locked, simply reach out to our support team, and we will work with you to get it reactivated and your workflow back on track.
