How to Customize Watermarks on Delivery Pages

With the Watermark feature, you can easily customize how watermarks appear on your delivery page images when Watermark Protection is enabled. This helps you protect your media and showcase your brand professionally until your client completes their payment or accepts your terms.

Accessing Watermark Settings

  • Navigate to Settings in your main dashboard.

  • Click on Branding (this is usually the default page when you open Settings).

  • Scroll down near the bottom of the page to find the Watermark section.

  • Click the Customize Watermark Appearance button.

Using a Text Watermark

If you prefer a simple text overlay (like your company or personal name), follow these steps:

  1. Type your desired text into the provided text field.

  2. Adjust the Text Size to make the watermark as prominent or subtle as you like (e.g., a large single overlay or smaller repeated text).

  3. Adjust the Text Opacity to make the text highly visible or slightly faded into the background.

Using an Image Watermark

If you want to use a custom logo or specific graphic, you can upload an image:

  1. Under the Image Source dropdown (which defaults to your logo on a dark background), select Custom.

  2. A new section called Watermark Image will appear. Click it to choose an existing media file from your account or upload a new image directly from your device.

  3. Select your preferred Position for the watermark (Top Left, Top Right, Center, Bottom Left, or Bottom Right).

  4. Tweak the Image Size and Image Opacity to perfectly fit your branding style.

Saving Your Changes

Whether you are updating a text watermark or an image watermark, always remember to click the Save button at the top of the screen once you are done making changes. This ensures your new watermark and all of your adjustments are successfully saved!

Enabling Watermarks on a Specific Project

You can also enable and access these settings directly while working on a specific project's handoff:

  1. Open your project and navigate to the Delivery Settings on the Delivery Page.

  2. Scroll to the Content Protection section.

  3. Choose your preferred protection method: Watermark all images, Watermark images until payment, or Watermark images until terms accepted.

  4. To adjust the look of your watermark from here, click the Edit watermark button.

  5. Make your desired edits, and again, be sure to click the Save button at the top to lock in those changes.

⚠️ Important Note About Project-Level Edits ⚠️

Please be aware that the watermark feature is a global setting. If you click "Edit watermark" from within a specific project and make changes, those changes will apply globally to all of your projects across your entire account, not just the single project you are currently viewing.
