Want to make a hero shot or a stunning video really pop when your clients or prospective buyers are viewing a listing? The Favorites feature allows you to highlight specific media files—such as images, videos, or even PDFs—on both your private Delivery Pages and your public-facing Property Websites.
When you favorite a file, it displays at four times the size of standard gallery items. This is the perfect way to instantly catch the eye of real estate agents, builders, and potential home buyers.
How to Favorite a Media File:
Navigate to your desired Project and open either your Delivery Page or Property Website editor.
Go to the gallery section.
Select the image, video, or PDF that you would like to highlight.
Once the file is selected, click the Star icon labeled Favorite at the top of the screen.
A white star icon will now appear in the top left corner of the media thumbnail, indicating that it has been successfully favorited.
Customizing and Previewing Your Layout:
Rearrange your gallery: Favoriting a file automatically makes it larger, but it doesn't restrict where it sits in the gallery. You can click and drag to move your favorited items to the front, middle, or end of the page to create the perfect flow for the property.
Always check your work: Use the Preview option to see exactly how the scaled-up media will look to your client or website visitors before you send out your secure delivery link or share the public site.
💡 Pro tip: While you can favorite as many files as you want, we highly recommend selecting just one or a couple of standout pieces. Using the feature sparingly ensures those specific files truly capture your audience's attention without overwhelming the rest of the gallery!
