If you are looking to free up space on your account, it's as simple as deleting uploaded content. This can be individual photos/videos or an entire project.

You can delete one or multiple images together from a photo gallery. Just select the images you want to delete (tip: use the Shift key to select multiple images or use the select all button) and click on the trash can icon. You will then have the option to delete the images from the gallery or delete the images permanently. If your goal is to clear up space, you want to delete the images permanently. Deleting the images from the gallery will keep the images in the project's media library. Reference the screenshot below.

You can also delete images from the media library. You can navigate through to the media library through a photo gallery section. With the media library open, select one or multiple images (tip: use the Shift key to select multiple images) and click on the trash can icon. Keep in mind, there will not a warning and this will delete your selected images permanently.

To delete an uploaded video, you'll want to open up the video section. With the video section open, navigate to the first "Select Video" tab. From here click the 3 dots in the bottom right corner of the video and select, "Delete video permanently". Reference the screenshot below.

To delete an individual project, navigate to the project settings. From here, click the trash can icon. WARNING: this will delete the project permanently and cannot be reversed. Reference the screenshot below.

Deleting projects from your account dashboard is the most efficient way to clear up space in your account. TIP: use the filter and sort options in combination with the steps below.

To start, click on the "Select projects" button next to the Clients tab. Reference the screenshot below.

From here, select the project you want to delete and click on the Delete selected button. WARNING: this will delete the project permanently and cannot be reversed. Reference the screenshot below.
