If you need to free up space on your account, you can delete uploaded content such as photos, videos, or even entire projects.
To delete photos:
Go to the photo gallery or media library: You can access the media library through a photo gallery section by clicking the "All Project Media" button.
Select the photos: Select one or multiple images (tip: use the Shift key to select multiple images or the "select all" button).
Delete: Click on the trash can icon.
From the gallery: You'll have the option to delete from the gallery (keeping the images in the media library) or delete permanently.
From the media library: This will delete your selected images permanently without a warning.
To delete videos:
Open the video section.
Go to the "Select Video" tab.
Click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the video.
Select "Delete video permanently."
To delete projects:
Go to the project settings or your account dashboard: Deleting from the account dashboard is generally more efficient for managing multiple projects.
If using the account dashboard:
Click the "Select projects" button next to the Clients tab.
Select the project(s) you want to delete.
Delete: Click the "Delete Project" button (in project settings) or the "Delete selected" button (in the account dashboard). Warning: This will permanently delete the project(s) and cannot be reversed.
