You can easily control access to links and downloads until your client pays by adding an invoice to your project. Here's how:
Create or Connect an Invoice: Start by creating a new invoice or connecting an existing one from QuickBooks, Stripe, or Square. If you prefer to handle invoicing outside of our platform, you can create a manual invoice and mark it as paid when your client settles the bill.
Require Payment Before Download: Once your invoice is linked, go to your project delivery settings and enable the "Require payment before download" option. This ensures that your clients cannot access the full-resolution files or download links until their payment is processed.
Note: For invoices connected to QuickBooks, Stripe, or Square, payment is automatically detected, and access is granted immediately upon successful payment. For manual invoices, you or your client can mark the invoice as paid to unlock the downloads.
