When your clients download photos from a gallery, the order might not always match the sequence you've arranged. This happens because most operating systems and devices automatically sort downloaded files alphabetically or numerically by default.
How can I preserve the photo order?
To ensure your photos are downloaded in the order you intend, we recommend renaming your files before uploading them to Show & Tour. Here's how:
Use a numbering system: Add a number suffix to your file names, using 1 to 3 digits. For example, you could use the property address as part of the file name and then add the number, like this: "123maplest_001.jpg", "123maplest_002.jpg", etc.
Upload your photos: Upload your renamed photos to your Show & Tour gallery.
When your client downloads the photos, they should now be in the correct order based on the numbering system you used.
