You need to first connect your Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square account to Show & Tour before we can import and connect clients. This can be done by navigating to the 'Integrations' tab in your account settings. If you are logged in just click here.
** NOTE ** You must be on the Plus, Pro, or Unlimited plan to enable this feature.
Once your chosen service is connected, you can move on to the options below. π
If your client ONLY exists in Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square account...
If your client has not been created in Show & Tour, you want to start by navigating to the 'Clients' tab on the Show & Tour dashboard, then click 'Create New Client'.

From here, start typing in your client's name. You should see a list of names to choose from, which are being pulled from your Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square account. Select your client from the list and click 'Create Client'.
Our system will then automatically pull in the client name, email, phone number, and company name if they exist in your Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square account.
And that's it! Your client is now imported into Show & Tour as well as connected to their profile in Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square. That means if you make a change in one system it will automatically be updated in the other π
If your client exists in Show & Tour AND Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square...
If your client has already been created in Show & Tour AND in Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square then you might want to connect them so their information will be synced together. This can be really helpful if your clients ever need to update their info.
To start, navigate to the client's profile inside Show & Tour. If your client's information matches with the information found in Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square you should automatically see an option to connect or link your client. This will be found right below the client information fields and look like the image below.
Just click the button with your clients name displayed and they will now be linked to your connected Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square account. That means if you make a change in one system it will automatically be updated in the other π
If your client ONLY exists in Show & Tour...
If your client has not yet been created in Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square you can easily create them with the click of a button.

To start, navigate to the client's profile inside Show & Tour. It's really easy from here, just click the "Create Client +" button. This will be found right below the client information fields and look like the image below.
Once clicked, the client will be created in your connected Quickbooks, Stripe, or Square account and they will linked together. That means if you make a change in one system it will automatically be updated in the other π
